This includes a review of vendor contracts and ensuring the contracts are adhered to, master timeline creation and distribution to all vendors, most importantly ensuring the day-of agenda items are executed. This service will prevent expensive mistakes that can impact such an important day. We will discuss floor plan, final guest counts, food restrictions, unanswered RSVPs, day-after brunches, etc. The Day of Coordinator is a vital role for any event. Strongly recommended. Price is determined by guest count, set up needs, venue amenities, etc. 

This full wedding planning package is amazing! You simply share your budget, your vision and we do all the vendor research, provide you with estimates and keep you on track with payments. We do all the foot work and will negotiate costs with other vendors to keep cost down and to respect your budget. This package also includes Rehearsal Management and Day of Wedding Management!
